Artisan Crafts / Leatherwork

Here is a wrestler mask commission I just finished.
It is made of leather hide split that was painted with layers of watered down acrylic and sealed with Super Sheen. It's all HAND stitched with braided wax thread (ouch...)
This was my first one ever done, and it seems they have orders for 3 more to come.
This mask goes toward a comic my customer is writing. This is the first half of the book for this mask. The other will be coming soon for the next one.

Nice work!
I would like to see some detailed pictures of the stitching.

Are you allowed to tell for which comic it is?
I would like to take a look at it.

I don't have any other pictures of the mask for the stitching, but I have about 4 more masks to make so I'll make sure one of those will have some stitching pics. I believe I might make a tutorial out of one of them.

I'm not sure where the production is on the comic so I'll have to get back to you on that one. I don't even know if they've been produced yet.
